Ridley Drama is the extra-curricular drama organization of Ridley High School in Folsom, PA. We are proud to enter into our 26th season at the "new school" site in Morton, PA and to be presenting our community with this amazing season! Each year, we produce a musical and a play on the RHS stage, present at the Spring Festival of the Arts, and this year we are adding a high school and middle school joint Cabaret where our secondary students will get to perform on the stage together in a joint production!
Fall/Winter Musical 2025
RDG is happy to produce MEAN GIRLS High School Edition this season! The musical is intended for more mature audiences and deals with the trials and tribulations of Cady Heron, a new student at North Shore High School, who is more at home on the savannah with wild animals than she is in the midst of the toxic high school culture created by the famed queen bee, Regina George.
Through a series of missteps and with help from newly formed friends Janis and Damien, Cady navigates bullying, high school cliques, love, and comes to learn the true meaning of friendship and the value of individualism and just being YOURSELF.

Ridley Drama is proud to be taking this show to the 25-26 Pennsylvania State Thespian Conference in January, where Ridley students will perform their show for almost 2000 theatrical students and staff from across the state of PA!
Spring Play 2026
Students will get a chance with this production to show off their comedy chops! Noises Off is the hilarious play within a play, where a famed, but somewhat washed-up, director attempts to launch a farce on the Broadway stage. Foiled at every turn by the peculiarities of the actors he has chosen, the play must go on as it falls apart in Act One. In Act Two, the entire stage is reversed and the play is re-played to an unseen audience as the real audience gets to see behind the scenes and witness the relationship hijinks and nonsensical choices that caused all the trouble!
Farce is always a challenge on the theatrical stage, and we are excited to walk our students through this fantastic opportunity to understand and master advanced acting techniques, while bringing the community at large a show that will have them laughing all the way home!

Spring Music and Dance 2026
This year, Ridley students from both the middle school and high school shows will be able to participate in a Broadway Cabaret featuring solo performances from both the RMS and RHS school musicals, additional solo and group performances, and choreographed dances from our Spring Musical Workshop!
Ridley Drama hopes to continue to build this event moving forward, supporting our mission to vertically team our schools in the performing arts and produce opportunities for Ridley School District Students to collaborate and support each other in their artistic endeavors!
