Ridley Drama Group is home to
ITS TROUPE #2103
The International Thespian Society (ITS), founded in 1929, is an honorary organization for high school and middle school theatre students located at more than 4,100 affiliated secondary schools across America, Canada, and abroad. The mission of ITS is "honoring student achievement in theatre." High school inductees are known as "Thespians" and junior high/middle school inductees are known as "Junior Thespians".
Each year, Ridley High School holds an induction ceremony in June to welcome new members into the group. Induction is by invitation only to students who have completed the recommended 100 hours of service/10 "Points" in the Drama Group. Students who are inducted into ITS enjoy several unique opportunities, including, but not limited to:

Eligibility to fulfill leadership positions in RDG.

Eligibility to attend the 3-day Pennsylvania State Thespian Conference Field Trip.

Eligibility for monetary scholarships in senior year.
