Ridley Drama Group is a self-supporting extracurricular group at Ridley High School! That means we fundraise all of the money it takes to put on our award-winning shows at Ridley High School Auditorium. We pay for rights and rentals, costumes, set construction materials, props, extra staff and musicians, and we also support RHS by updating, replacing, and maintaining auditorium equipment like lighting and sound. The students of RDG, through their hard work and dedication, have contributed over $150,000.00 of equipment and supplies to RHS since the new school opened in 2001. We also support our students by fundraising for 7 senior scholarships that are presented every year at the RHS Senior Awards Ceremony and by subsidizing our students' program fees to participate in ITS Troupe #2103 of the Pennsylvania Thespians and their annual State Conference.
To do this momentous work, we need the help of our COMMUNITY!
